We are seeking a highly organized and proactive operations leader to oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative workflows, registration management, direct team supervision, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is experienced in operational leadership, skilled at cross-functional coordination, and committed to delivering high-quality services across all program areas.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
Registration & Communication

Manage all registration processes using software platforms.

Maintain accurate registration data and generate regular reports.

Ensure timely and effective communication with participants, staff, and stakeholders.
Marketing & Events (Direct Reports)

Supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and events.

Partner with the Marketing & Events Coordinator to promote programs and build brand presence.
Facilities (Direct Reports)

Oversee scheduling, usage agreements, and maintenance coordination.

Cultivate relationships with external partners to support program access and expansion.
Logistics & Travel (Direct Reports)

Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for events and activities.

Serve as the primary contact for all travel-related inquiries.

Ensure cost-effective travel aligned with budget and scheduling needs.
Community Engagement
Financial Oversight

Support budget planning and monitor expenses related to registrations, travel, and program operations.

Collaborate with finance leadership on billing, refunds, and financial reporting.
Internship Program Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage interns each term.

Develop a hands-on, educational internship experience focused on operational learning.
Stakeholder Relations

Build strong, trusting relationships with participants, families, sponsors, and the broader community.

Respond promptly to concerns and provide a positive experience for all involved.
Policy, Compliance & Strategic Growth
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years in a management or operations leadership role.

Proven experience leading teams and supervising direct reports.

Proficiency in PlayMetrics (required).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Apple Mail, and GotSport (preferred).

Prior experience in event planning and travel logistics strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year (based on experience)
